二宮隆久

Takahisa Ninomiya is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ozu in Ehime Prefecture. Born in Ozu, he graduated from the Ritsumeikan University Faculty of Law and spent his early career as a civil servant within the Ozu City government, holding various leadership roles including head of the tax division, finance division, and superintendent of the board of education. He was first elected mayor in 2018 following the death of his predecessor and has since secured re-election, most recently winning a third term in 2026. His administration focuses on regional development and ensuring the city's future for the next generation.
