Nokuzola Tolashe

Nokuzola Gladys Tolashe is a South African politician of the African National Congress who has served as a Member of the National Assembly and held prominent national and provincial government roles. Born in Queenstown, she entered politics through anti-apartheid youth organizations and later served as a member of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature, secretary-general of the ANC Women's League, and executive mayor of the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality. In national government, she has served as Deputy Minister in the Presidency for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities and as Minister of Social Development.
