大場規之

Noriyuki Oba is a Japanese politician and businessman currently serving as the Mayor of Fukuroi City in Shizuoka Prefecture. Born in 1963, he graduated from Keio University and began his career at Horiba, Ltd., where he gained international experience in France. He later transitioned into the education sector as an executive at Lighthouse Education. Oba served as a member of the Shizuoka Prefectural Assembly before being elected Mayor of Fukuroi in 2021. He was re-elected unopposed in 2025, continuing his focus on municipal management and community development.
