Noureddine Ouaddah is an Algerian academic, senior civil servant, and politician currently serving as the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises. Born in 1978 in Algiers, he holds a doctorate in electrical and computer engineering from the National Polytechnic School of Algiers. Before his ministerial appointment in November 2024, he worked as a university professor and researcher, and held various responsibilities within the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises starting in 2020.
