O'Neige N'Sele Mimpa is a Congolese politician currently serving as a government minister in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Born on September 19, 1986, and originating from the Mai-Ndombe province, she holds a degree from the Institut Supérieur d'Informatique Programmation et Analyse (ISIPA) and a dual MBA from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the McDonough School of Business. Before entering politics, she had a successful career in banking, working for Citigroup from 2007 to 2015 and Ecobank from 2015 to 2021. She was appointed Vice-Minister of Finance in 2021 under the Lukonde government.
