Ofir Katz is an Israeli politician currently serving as a member of the Knesset for the Likud party. Born in Afula in 1980, he joined Likud at the age of 18 and gained extensive experience working within the party, including roles as an advisor to ministers Limor Livnat and Gilad Erdan. Since his election to the Knesset in 2019, he has taken on significant parliamentary responsibilities, including serving as the coalition whip and chair of the House Committee starting in 2023. He is known for his right-wing political views and continues to reside in Afula.
