Oleksiy Kuleba

Oleksiy Kuleba is a Ukrainian politician and public figure currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Development of Communities and Territories. Born in Kyiv, he previously held significant administrative roles, including Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and Governor of Kyiv Oblast. Throughout his career, he has worked in municipal management and public administration, notably directing the Improvement Department of the Kyiv City Council and serving as a deputy in the Rzhyshchiv City Council. He is a graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University and holds a degree in public administration.
