Om Prakash Sakhlecha

Om Prakash Sakhlecha is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Jawad constituency in Madhya Pradesh. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has held significant ministerial responsibilities, including serving as the Minister for the MSME sector and the Minister of Science and Technology in the government led by Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Born in 1958 to Virendra Kumar Sakhlecha, he graduated from Delhi University with a degree in Commerce in 1979. He remains an active figure in state politics, representing his constituency within the Madhya Pradesh legislative framework.
