Born in Wilrijk in 1998, he previously served as the chairman of Jongsocialisten, the youth wing of the Vooruit party. Seuntjens holds an engineering degree from the University of Antwerp and is currently pursuing a doctorate focused on the sustainability of school buildings. In July 2024, he made history by becoming the youngest committee chair in the history of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives, where he leads the Energy Committee.
