H. Otto Wachsmann Jr. is an American politician and pharmacist serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates for the 83rd district. First elected in November 2021 to represent the 75th district, he assumed office in January 2022 and was re-elected in 2023 following redistricting. Before entering politics, Wachsmann had a long career as a pharmacist and held administrative roles at the A. H. Robins Company and the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University. He currently resides in Stony Creek, Virginia, where he took over his family's pharmacy business in 2003.
