Pärtel-Peeter Pere is an Estonian politician, entrepreneur, and urban strategist. Born in Tallinn in 1985, he studied at Tallinn University and the Academy of Music of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, and later worked as a policy advisor at the European Parliament. He joined the Estonian Reform Party in 2021, was elected to the Tallinn City Council that same year, and subsequently won a seat in the Riigikogu following the 2023 parliamentary election.
