Pascale Bay is a French politician currently serving as the Mayor of Chazay-d'Azergues. She was first elected to this position in 2020 and was re-elected for a second term in 2025 with 69.73% of the vote. Previously, she served as a member of the French National Assembly for the 9th constituency of the Rhône from October 2024 to January 2025, filling the seat vacated by Alexandre Portier during his tenure in the Barnier government. In addition to her mayoral duties, she has held roles as a departmental councilor for the Rhône and as a vice-president of the Beaujolais Pierres Dorées community of communes.
