Pat Harrigan

Pat Harrigan is an American politician and former U.S. Army Special Forces officer serving as the U.S. representative for North Carolina's 10th congressional district since 2025. A graduate of the United States Military Academy, he served two deployments in Afghanistan and was awarded two Bronze Star Medals. Harrigan entered politics following his military service, citing the 2021 U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan as a key motivation. He currently serves on the House Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology.
