Patricia Rawlings, Baroness Rawlings is a British Conservative Party politician and a life peer in the House of Lords. Born in 1939, she previously served as a Member of the European Parliament for Essex South West from 1989 to 1994. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has held various frontbench positions, including roles as an Opposition Whip and spokesperson for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and International Development. Beyond her political work, she has served as Chairman of the King's College London Council and held presidencies at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and the British Antique Dealers' Association.
