Patrick Dahlemann

Patrick Dahlemann is a German politician and member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Since 2014, he has served as a member of the Landtag of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, representing the constituency of Vorpommern-Greifswald IV. In November 2021, he was appointed Head of the State Chancellery of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Dahlemann gained national attention in 2014 for his public engagement against right-wing extremism in his hometown of Torgelow. He has been recognized for his political work with the Gustav Heinemann Citizen's Prize and the Theodor Heuss Medal.
