Patrick Sheehan is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives for the 37th district. Appointed to the seat in April 2024 following the resignation of Tim Ozinga, he was subsequently elected to a full term in November 2024. Prior to his legislative service, Sheehan spent nearly 20 years as a law enforcement officer and served as an alderman on the Lockport City Council and as a park commissioner. In 2026, he was elected to the Illinois Republican State Central Committee.
