Patrick Wegener is a German politician serving as the Lord Mayor of Öhringen since October 2025. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he previously served on the Öhringen city council and as the head of the European office for Baden-Württemberg municipalities in Brussels. Educated in political science and European administrative management, Wegener has also worked as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg. Upon his election at age 30, he became the youngest serving Lord Mayor in Germany.
