Patrobas Katambi

Patrobas Katambi is a Tanzanian politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Shinyanga Urban constituency, a position he has held since November 2020. He also serves as a Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, with responsibilities covering Labour, Youth, and Employment. Previously, Katambi was a civil servant who served as the District Commissioner for Dodoma until 2020. Earlier in his career, he was a prominent figure in the opposition party CHADEMA, where he served as the youth wing chairman and a member of the Central Committee until his departure in 2017.
