Paul David Tonko is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for New York's 20th congressional district since 2013, having previously represented the 21st district starting in 2009. Before his election to Congress, he served in the New York State Assembly for over two decades and held the position of President and CEO of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
