Paulo Pisco

Profile

Paulo Pisco is a Portuguese politician and former Member of the Assembly of the Republic, where he represented the Europe constituency for the Socialist Party across multiple legislatures between 1999 and 2025. A former journalist, he holds a degree in Philosophy from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a postgraduate qualification in European Studies from the Université libre de Bruxelles. During his parliamentary career, he served on the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the European Affairs Committee, and represented Portugal in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He currently serves as the Director of the Socialist Party's Department for Portuguese Communities Abroad.
