Pavel Outrata is a Czech politician, entrepreneur, and former professional footballer who currently serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. Elected in 2025, he represents the South Moravian Region as a member of the ANO movement. Prior to his national parliamentary career, he served as a municipal representative for Brno and the Brno-sever district. He holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Sports Studies at Masaryk University and previously worked in the finance and real estate sectors.
