Penrad Siagian is an Indonesian politician and clergyman serving as a member of the Regional Representative Council of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term, representing North Sumatra. Born in Rantau Prapat in 1976, he graduated from STT Abdi Sabda Medan in 2000 and pursued further studies at Duta Wacana Christian University and Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University in Yogyakarta. Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in interfaith dialogue organizations, served as executive secretary of the Communion of Churches in Indonesia (PGI), and founded the Paritas Institute.
