Peter Antal is a Slovak politician, lawyer, and former businessman who has served as the mayor of Žiar nad Hronom since 2014. Born in 1972, he holds a law degree from Comenius University in Bratislava and previously worked as a legal director and corporate executive. Between 2016 and 2020, he served as a member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, where he chaired the Committee on Agriculture and Environment.
