Peter Chibwe Kapala is a Zambian politician and member of the United Party for National Development (UPND) currently serving as the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock. Appointed to parliament as a nominated member in September 2021 by President Hakainde Hichilema, he initially served as the Minister of Energy before being transferred to his current ministerial portfolio in July 2024. He holds a Master's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering as well as a Technician Certificate.
