Peter Herzberg is an American politician serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 25th district since 2024. Prior to his election to the state legislature, he served as a member of the Westland City Council. Herzberg has occasionally broken with his party on social issues, notably voting in 2025 in favor of a resolution regarding the participation of transgender girls in women's sports. In July 2025, the Michigan Board of Canvassers approved a recall petition against him.
