Petteri Orpo

Petteri Orpo is a Finnish politician serving as the Prime Minister of Finland since 2023 and the leader of the National Coalition Party since 2016. A fiscal conservative, he has held several ministerial positions, including Minister of Finance, Minister of the Interior, and Minister of Agriculture and Forestry. Throughout his career, he has focused on balancing public finances, reducing government debt, and implementing structural reforms. Orpo previously served as a member of the Finnish Parliament and chaired the Defence Committee during Finland's NATO accession process.
