Phil Mallow

Phil Mallow is an American politician currently serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. Born in Cumberland, Maryland, in 1957, he earned a degree in quality control technology from Allegany College of Maryland in 1977. Before entering politics, he had a long career with United Parcel Service, where he worked from 1979 to 2012. After several unsuccessful bids for the state legislature, Mallow was first elected to the House of Delegates in 2020. He currently represents the 75th district and is a member of the Republican Party.
