Philip Donato is an Australian politician currently serving as the member for Orange in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly. Before entering politics, he worked as a police officer and prosecutor. Donato was initially elected in a 2016 by-election representing the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party, becoming the first member of that party to hold a lower house seat. In December 2022, he resigned from the party following a leadership dispute and has since continued to serve as an independent member.
