Pirmin Bischof

Pirmin Bischof is a Swiss politician and member of the Council of States representing the canton of Solothurn. Born on February 24, 1959, he has served in local and national politics for decades, including membership in the executive of the city of Solothurn and the parliament of the canton of Solothurn. He was first elected to the National Council in 2007, later winning election to the Council of States in 2015 and securing re-election in subsequent federal votes.
