Prakash Gunvantrao Bharsakale is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, representing the Akot constituency. Throughout his political career, he has been associated with several major parties, beginning as a Shiv Sena worker and winning the Daryapur seat in 1990. He later joined the Indian National Congress in 2005 following the expulsion of Narayan Rane, before eventually joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2012. In addition to his legislative service, he contested the Amravati Lok Sabha election in 1991 against Pratibha Patil.
