Prem Singh Tamang, also known as P. S. Golay, is an Indian politician currently serving as the 6th Chief Minister of Sikkim. A former teacher, he entered politics in the 1990s and served in various ministerial roles within the Sikkim Democratic Front before founding the Sikkim Krantikari Morcha in 2013. He led his party to a historic victory in the 2019 assembly elections, ending a 24-year rule by the previous administration, and successfully secured a second consecutive term in 2024.
