Régis Onanga Ndiaye

Régis Onanga Ndiaye is a Gabonese diplomat and politician currently serving as the President of the National Assembly of Gabon. Born in Port-Gentil, he pursued higher education in political science at the Université René Descartes in France. Before entering national politics, he held various diplomatic roles, including serving as the Ambassador of Gabon to Senegal from 2015 to 2023. Following the 2023 coup d'état, he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs until his election to the National Assembly in 2025.
