Raïssa Malu is a Congolese physicist, educator, and author who currently serves as the Minister of State for National Education and New Citizenship in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. A prominent advocate for STEM education, she founded the organization Investing In People in 2013 and established the annual Science and Technology Week in the DRC. Previously, she directed the World Bank-supported PEQPESU project and served on the presidential panel advising the DRC's leadership during its tenure at the African Union. Her work focuses on promoting scientific literacy and digital transformation across the continent.
