Rachael Magoola is a Ugandan politician, singer, and songwriter who currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Bugweri District. Before entering politics, she gained national prominence as a member of the Afrigo Band and a successful solo artist known for her hit song 'Obangaina'. She trained as a secondary school teacher and later completed a degree in education at Kyambogo University. Since her election in 2021, she has represented the National Resistance Movement in the Parliament of Uganda.
