Agnes Nandutu is a Ugandan politician and former journalist who served as the Women's Representative for Bududa District in the Parliament of Uganda. Before entering politics, she had a prominent career in media, working as a reporter for Radio Uganda, Daily Monitor, and NTV Uganda, where she gained popularity as a moderator of the show 'The People’s Parliament.' She also served as the State Minister for Karamoja affairs from 2016 to 2021. In April 2026, she was convicted of misappropriating government-owned iron sheets intended for impoverished communities in the Karamoja sub-region and sentenced to four years in prison, resulting in her removal from public office and a ten-year ban from holding future government positions.
