Miriam Mukhaye

Miriam Mukhaye is a Ugandan politician serving as an independent Woman Member of Parliament for Mbale District for the 2021–2026 term. In her parliamentary capacity, she serves on the Equal Opportunities Committee and the Gender, Labor and Social Development Committee. Beyond her legislative work, she is the CEO of the Miriam Mukhaye Foundation, an initiative dedicated to supporting grassroots farmers through personal funding. She holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from the Islamic University in Uganda and a post-graduate diploma in human resource management from the Uganda Management Institute.
