Rafael Rodríguez Villarino is a Spanish politician and academic who currently serves as a member of the Senate of Spain representing the province of Ourense. A psychologist and professor at the National Distance Education University (UNED) and the University of Vigo, he previously served as the mayor of Amoeiro from 2007 to 2019. Throughout his political career, he has held leadership roles within the PSdeG-PSOE, including serving as the party's provincial secretary in Ourense and as a spokesperson in the Ourense city council and provincial deputation.
