Rakesh Sachan

Rakesh Sachan is an Indian politician currently serving as a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, overseeing the Ministry of MSME, Khadi, Village Industries, Sericulture, and Textile. He represents the Bhognipur constituency in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Throughout his career, he has served multiple terms in the state assembly and was previously elected as a Member of Parliament for the Fatehpur Lok Sabha constituency in 2009. Having transitioned through the Samajwadi Party and the Indian National Congress, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2022.
