A member of the Republican Party, he previously served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2005 to 2007 and again from 2009 to 2017. Known for his staunchly conservative voting record, Norman has been a vocal supporter of Donald Trump and has advocated for aggressive oversight of the Biden administration. He holds a degree in business from Presbyterian College and manages the Warren Norman Company in Rock Hill.
