Ramon Guico III is a Filipino politician currently serving as the 31st Governor of Pangasinan, a position he has held since 2022. Prior to his governorship, he represented the fifth district of Pangasinan in the House of Representatives from 2019 to 2022 and served as the mayor of Binalonan from 2010 to 2019. Guico holds a doctorate in Public Management from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and is also a licensed commercial pilot. He is the son of former Binalonan mayor Ramon Guico Jr. and has built a career focused on public administration and local governance.
