Ravi Kahlon is a Canadian politician and former professional athlete who has served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia for Delta North since 2017. A member of the New Democratic Party, he has held several cabinet positions, including Minister of Jobs and Economic Growth. Before entering provincial politics, Kahlon was a prominent field hockey player, representing Canada at the 2000 and 2008 Summer Olympics and winning gold at the 2007 Pan American Games. Following his athletic career, he worked in banking and served as a director of stakeholder relations for the BC NDP caucus.
