Rebecca Edgeworth

Rebecca Edgeworth is an American physician and politician serving as a member of the Nevada Assembly for the 35th district since 2024. Born on Nellis Air Force Base, she earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida before completing her residency in internal medicine. Prior to her election, she worked as an adjunct professor at Touro University Nevada and served as a medical director for Volunteers in Medicine. In the legislature, Edgeworth supports school choice and the expansion of Medicare to include hospice services, while opposing universal free school meal funding.
