Rebecca Perkins Kwoka is an American politician serving as a member of the New Hampshire Senate, representing the 21st district since 2020. A lawyer by profession, she previously served on the Portsmouth City Council and the Portsmouth Planning Board, and also worked with the Peace Corps. In 2024, she was unanimously elected by the Senate Democratic Caucus to serve as the Minority Leader. Perkins Kwoka is notable for being the first openly LGBTQ+ woman elected to the New Hampshire Senate.
