Remy Soares Filho

Remy Soares Filho is a Brazilian politician who served as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Maranhão. Born in São Luís, he comes from a prominent political family; his father served as a state deputy, and his mother held the office of mayor in Presidente Dutra. He began his political career by running for federal deputy in 2022 as a candidate for the Progressives (PP) party. He subsequently assumed office as a federal deputy following a political agreement with fellow party members.
