Richard Moyo is a Zimbabwean politician currently serving as the Provincial Affairs Minister and a member of the National Assembly representing Matabeleland North. Before entering politics in 2013, he had a distinguished career as a medical doctor and lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe's Medical School, where he served as Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. During his tenure as Minister of Health and Child Care from 2013 to 2018, he focused on expanding HIV/AIDS treatment programs and improving rural healthcare access. He is a member of the ZANU–PF party and has received various honors for his contributions to public health leadership.
