Richard Sebamala is a Ugandan civil engineer, businessman, and politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Bukoto Central constituency in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. Elected in 2021, he notably defeated former Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi to secure his seat. In parliament, he serves on the Committee of Infrastructure and the Public Accounts Committee for COSASE. Before entering politics, he held various engineering roles, including positions at Zzimwe Construction Company and Iganga District Local Government.
