Richard James Wilson is an Australian politician who has served as the Member of the House of Representatives for the division of O'Connor since 2013. A member of the Liberal Party and its National Right faction, Wilson is a social conservative and economic liberal who previously worked as a farmer. Before entering federal parliament, he held leadership roles within the Pastoralists and Graziers Association of Western Australia, where he campaigned for the deregulation of the Australian wheat industry. He has chaired several parliamentary committees, including the House Standing Committee on Agriculture and Water Resources.
