Roger Evans, Baron Evans of Guisborough, is a British politician and life peer who currently serves as a member of the House of Lords. Previously, he had a distinguished career in London politics, serving as a member of the London Assembly for Havering and Redbridge from 2000 to 2016 and as the statutory Deputy Mayor of London from 2015 to 2016. A member of the Conservative Party, he also served as a councillor for the London Boroughs of Waltham Forest and Havering. Before his political career, he worked for the Royal Mail and practiced as a barrister.
