Rogers Valencia is a Peruvian tourism expert and government official serving as the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism under President Keiko Fujimori. Previously, he held the same ministerial position in 2018 and also served as Minister of Culture from 2018 to 2019 during the administration of Martín Vizcarra. He holds a degree in tourism from the National University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco and has extensive experience in academic research and regional tourism promotion.
