Roma Britnell is an Australian politician serving as a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly for the electorate of South-West Coast. First elected in a 2015 by-election, she has since been re-elected and has served in various opposition front-bench roles, including Shadow Minister for Rural Roads and Shadow Minister for Ports and Freight. Before entering politics, she worked as a nurse for nearly 30 years and held leadership positions in agricultural organizations, including the United Dairyfarmers of Victoria. She was recognized as the Australian Rural Woman of the Year in 2009.
